Calamar Federal Services, LLC

Calamar Federal Services LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), led by Brad Griffiths, a disabled veteran of the United States Armed Forces. Calamar provides to its government clients full service general construction, development, and facility management services. Calamar operates out of its offices in Buffalo, New York and Omaha, Nebraska.

Calamar has a diversified staff that includes LEED's AP personnel, combining extensive experience in construction, development, and facilities management. At the core of Calamar is the ability to utilize the latest technology and processes to create added value that benefits each project and client.

Construction

Construction services comprised of new construction and renovation/modernization utilizing a variety of delivery methods, including:

Calamar has the ability to deliver a wide array of construction techniques in its projects, including:

• Site Cast Concrete Tilt-up (our specialty)
• Conventional Construction (steel framed, masonry, pre-cast, curtain wall, etc.)
• Pre-Engineered Metal
• Wood Framed

Facilities Management

Facility Management services include building systems service and preventative maintenance, as well as general building maintenance and facility management consulting. These services can be provided as a comprehensive facility management program or as a menu of services.

Development

Our development services include lease-back facilities, build-to-suit and single and multi-tenant commercial, industrial and residential properties.
