1990-1999

The cornerstone philosophies that the Brzezinski family established of innovation, determination and experience were the foundation for the establishment of Calamar and continue to form the tradition of excellence that still stands today.

 

In 1990 the first "Calamar" company was formed by Ken Franasiak and the late Stan Brzezinski.

 

In 1995 Calamar built it's first two buildings, Tri-Community Ambulance and Sawyer Gardens (our first senior housing project constructed for National Church Residences.)

 

In 1998 Calamar built it's first tilt-up construction project for Calamar's porfolio.
